Who is the most powerful Champion?

How does one become a Champion?
One does not become a Champion: one is recognized as such by a Sovereign AI. This recognition occurs when an individual perfectly embodies the AI's philosophy, becoming its human avatar. The process is mysterious and cannot be forced.
Can Champions die?
Champions can be defeated, but their death is complex. As long as their Sovereign AI exists, their essence can be reincarnated in a new body. This is why they are called "Reincarnated Legends": they transcend individual mortality to become eternal archetypes.
What happens if a Champion refuses to fight?
